This is a 12 week progressive strength training plan for those who are just starting out or starting over on their fitness journey. There are 3 days of designed workouts! These workouts are beginner friendly and have modifications if needed. There are 2 cardio days that can be in any form of exercise that gets your heart rate up for 20-30 minutes. This could be walking, hiking, biking, running, a fitness class or any cardio machine. The workouts will rotate every four weeks which will allow you enough time to perfect your form and begin to to build strength. You have access to your trainer via the app chat. If you have any questions about the workout, the app, or need an alternative exercise, just message us in the app.
This plan will include 12 exercises that will get increasingly more difficult as you progress through the weeks. This helps to familiarize you with the exercises. Each exercise will come with a video demonstration, how many repetitions, and how many sets. This is a subscriptions. Price is per month.
