Personal Development

Iron Sharp stems from Proverbs 27:17.  We believe in order to sharpen others we must first sharpen ourselves.  We believe the coach must be continually working on self mastery in order to reach full potential of coaching.  We'll share exactly what we think are the most important things to work on self development.


Movement and personal assessments for coaching are necessary.  It's easy to get lost in the weeds with all the different styles.  We want to simplify that, cut out the fluff and give you exactly what you need to assess and then apply that to the program design
